Guavas

Guava is a tropical fruit, known for its vibrant green or yellow skin and juicy, sweet pulp. Guava is a nutrient-rich superfood, high in vitamin C, antioxidants, and fiber. Guava’s unique taste and numerous health benefits make it a popular addition to healthy fruit juice blends worldwide. Our product is locally sourced fresh Guava fruit from our own farms as well as neighboring farms. Raw materials are delivered daily in small batches that enter production directly after the verification process. Guava puree can be produced as a single strength(9Brix) puree or can be concentrated into double strength(18 Brix) with an evaporator

Tomatoes

There is a big opportunity for tomato puree production in South Africa and there is a constant shortage of product, between both family’s and neighboring farmers we have land and water available to grow tomatoes on a much larger scale.

Tomatoes are pureed and evaporated from 5 brix to 28-30 brix before packed aseptically.

Due to the small nature of our aseptic packaging line, we are able to provide an aseptic packaging service to customers for most kinds of fruit concentrates.

Aseptic packaging offers a compelling solution to the challenges posed by traditional frozen storage and transport methods for fruit concentrates. It’s not just about efficiency and cost-effectiveness but also about ensuring superior product quality and contributing to a sustainable future.

Certification

We pride ourselves in the fact that we formally comply with all the necessary food safety regulations and implement various safe food handling methods / procedures. Our focus is to use high-quality raw materials. We strive to adhere and maintain the set out governed food safety principals.

We run on a strict production policy based on the HACCP principles (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) to ensure consistent product quality and therefore we obtained the world recognized FSSC 22000 certificate, SGF certificate as well as Kosher and Halaal certificates. We are also audited and approved by Coke and PepsiCo.
